prePO is looking for a Web3 Business Development (Ecosystem)

prePO is a decentralized protocol dedicated to democratizing access to pre-public assets like pre-IPO stocks and pre-launch tokens. We are currently seeking a senior Web3 Business Development professional to join our fully remote, globally distributed team as we continue to build a permissionless financial future.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the DeFi ecosystem.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential partners by leveraging your existing Web3 network.
  • Negotiate and structure creative, mutually beneficial partnerships with blockchains, DAOs, and DeFi protocols.
  • Manage treasury diversification initiatives and navigate DAO grant processes to support our growth.
  • Design and lead innovative community campaigns to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our leadership team to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Utilize your deep on-chain knowledge to solve complex problems and inform our project roadmap.

Must-haves

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity within the Web3 space.
  • A deep, practical understanding of the DeFi landscape, including familiarity with various protocols and on-chain analytics.
  • A robust, existing network of contacts within the DeFi and broader Web3 ecosystem.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of on-chain fluency and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
