About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Web Designer for a Full Time position. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our digital products, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and engaging for our users. You will report directly to the Head of the Digital Department and work closely with our project managers to bring our vision to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality UI for websites, applications, landing pages, banners, and newsletters.
- Conduct thorough user testing to ensure our designs are intuitive and meet the needs of our audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concepts to the final launch.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in design and a deep understanding of modern web standards. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in UI Design and Responsive Design principles.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS to bridge the gap between design and development.
- A proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear interaction flows and functional design artifacts.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with your colleagues.
Location
This role is based On-site, allowing for close collaboration with our team in the Digital Services Department.
