We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to join Frogslayer, a custom software development firm that rescues stalled projects and builds new software solutions for mid-market companies. In this full-time, hybrid role based in College Station, Texas, you will shape the marketing function that fuels our continued growth and sets us apart from competitors.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of data-driven decision making, experimentation, and accountability while providing clear strategic direction across the organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that defines target segments, buyer personas, value propositions, and go-to-market plans in close partnership with the CEO.
- Design and manage demand-generation programs that produce qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and deliver measurable revenue impact, including oversight of digital channels, sales enablement, and marketing analytics.
Requirements
- Seven or more years of B2B marketing experience, including work at a B2B services company, with a proven record of creating growth strategies that scale.
- Strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, SEO tools, and Google products.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills at the executive level, along with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy for team members and clients, a willingness to roll up sleeves when needed, and comfort working across leadership teams and the Board of Directors.
What we offer
Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $300,000, with overall compensation determined by experience and scope of contribution.
