The role
We are looking for a VP of Learning Experience Design to join our executive team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a high-impact leadership position where you will oversee the strategy, customization, and delivery of our training programs. You will be responsible for guiding a talented team of designers and developers while working cross-functionally to ensure our educational products meet the evolving needs of our enterprise and government clients.
Core responsibilities
- Learning Strategy and Customization: Act as a consultative expert to tailor our curriculum and assessments to specific client goals, ensuring that our data literacy and AI training programs remain effective and relevant.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Learning Designers and Content Developers, fostering a culture of agility, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process optimization and project management to ensure high-quality content delivery that remains on time and within budget, while leveraging data to refine our educational offerings.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in learning strategy, curriculum development, and client engagement. We are looking for a leader who is comfortable navigating the complexities of AI and data science education. Key qualifications include:
- Extensive experience in Product Management, Learning Strategy, and Curriculum Development.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Deep technical acumen regarding AI, Data Science, and Generative AI education.
- Expertise in Client Engagement, with a track record of translating enterprise needs into actionable learning solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and a commitment to Data-Driven Decision Making to improve program efficacy.
- Fluency in English is required for this role.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position in the United States is $180,000 - $200,000. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including:
