We are Humi, the leading Canadian employment platform designed to help businesses manage everything from payroll and benefits to onboarding and performance. Since our founding in 2016, we have grown from a simple app into a vital tool for Canadian employers. We have recently joined forces with Employment Hero, a global unicorn serving over 400,000 businesses, to further our mission of making employment easier for everyone. We are currently looking for a VP, Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote role, and we welcome applicants from anywhere in Canada who are ready to help us scale our presence and make our brand a household name.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at achieving a fivefold increase in revenue by December 2028.
- Lead, mentor, and scale our regional marketing team while fostering a culture of high performance and cross-functional collaboration.
- Optimize our revenue engine by refining lead generation, enhancing conversion rates, and utilizing performance marketing to drive measurable growth.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned executive with nearly a decade of experience in fast-paced environments, ideally within the B2B SaaS or high-growth tech sectors. You should possess a deep understanding of the Canadian market and have a track record of successfully scaling brands. Your technical background must include:
- Proficiency in multi-channel marketing, including SEO, CRM, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data to make informed, strategic decisions.
- A collaborative mindset with the commercial acumen to connect with business owners and SMEs through impactful campaigns.
