VP Marketing at Mazedesign

About the Role

We are seeking a VP of Marketing to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an executive-level role where you will report directly to the COO and take full ownership of our marketing strategy. You will be responsible for everything from brand positioning and product marketing to demand generation. We need someone who is comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution to help us refine our market story and build a scalable go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand equity, supports sales objectives, and accelerates company growth.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-impact team across multiple disciplines, including demand generation, content, brand, and product marketing.
• Partner closely with our sales and product teams to ensure seamless collaboration, effective product launches, and consistent alignment on revenue and pipeline targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in a senior marketing leadership position, ideally within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You must possess a deep understanding of go-to-market motions and a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams. We are looking for a data-driven leader who is equally comfortable setting long-term strategy and diving into the details to optimize performance. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in an environment that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution are essential.

Location

This is a remote position. Please note that this role is open exclusively to candidates based in the United Kingdom, Portugal, or the East Coast of the United States.
