The opportunity
As our VP of Growth Marketing, you will serve as a vital member of our leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and executing our comprehensive growth strategy, which covers both customer acquisition and long-term retention. Reporting directly to our CMO, you will drive revenue by setting key performance benchmarks and mobilizing your team to achieve ambitious targets. This role is perfect for a leader who enjoys blending functional expertise with high-level cross-functional collaboration, as you will work closely with our digital product, brand, and creative teams to identify new opportunities for expansion.
A day in the life
- You will define our departmental strategy and go-to-market plans while managing budgets, forecasting, and the delivery of monthly goals for metrics like CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- You will lead the optimization of our current marketing channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and email, while exploring new frontiers like streaming and out-of-home advertising.
- You will mentor and develop our internal team of four while partnering with cross-functional leaders to create the landing pages, emails, and reporting necessary to maximize campaign performance.
Who you are
You are an executive-level leader with over 10 years of experience in the eCommerce space and a deep focus on performance-based marketing. You understand the full direct-to-consumer funnel and are comfortable navigating both online and offline marketing mixes. You possess top-notch analytical skills, allowing you to translate complex data into actionable insights that you can clearly communicate to diverse stakeholders. You are a highly organized self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments and has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Fluency in English is required for this role.
