We currently support over 700 brands worldwide, managing $5 billion in ad spend across major platforms like TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Google. We are looking for a visionary VP of Global Product Marketing to join our team and help us continue to innovate at the intersection of creativity and technology.
Key outcomes
- Act as the primary voice of the customer by monitoring the competitive landscape and advertiser needs to influence our product roadmap and commercial strategy.
- Own the go-to-market strategy for our Creative, Media, and Intelligence suites to drive business growth.
- Lead and mentor a global team of product marketers and enablement specialists to craft compelling messaging, product positioning, and taxonomy.
- Partner with sales, commercial leadership, and brand marketing teams to produce high-impact collateral and customer success stories.
- Guide our engineering and product management teams in identifying customer pain points and developing effective solutions.
- Oversee the Smartly Academy to ensure the successful rollout of new features through our training programs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with product marketing partners at leading social media platforms to enhance our customer experience.
- Conduct ongoing market, pricing, and competitive analysis to provide actionable recommendations for the business.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in marketing and business strategy, with a minimum of 10 years specifically in product marketing roles.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, with preference given to those with backgrounds in AdTech or media agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and growth marketing teams to scale solutions.
- Experience advising senior leadership on product priorities and positioning.
- Strong expertise in developing pricing and messaging for complex product packages across various markets and verticals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to executive stakeholders.
- A history of successfully leading and inspiring diverse, distributed teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, allowing you to balance shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is between $230,000 and $270,000 USD, depending on your background and expertise. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
