We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to join Frogslayer, a custom software development firm that rescues stalled projects and builds scalable solutions for mid-market companies. In this full-time, hybrid role based in College Station, Texas, you will shape the marketing function that fuels our continued growth while working alongside the CEO and other senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team that embraces data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and clear accountability across every campaign.
- Design and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that defines target segments, buyer personas, value propositions, pricing, and go-to-market plans in close partnership with the CEO.
- Build and manage demand-generation programs that produce qualified leads, accelerate pipeline velocity, and deliver measurable revenue growth while overseeing marketing systems, analytics, and sales enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least seven years of B2B marketing experience, including demonstrated success at a B2B services company, with a proven record of creating growth strategies that scale.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into strategic choices, combined with exceptional written and verbal communication that resonates at the executive level and across cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on familiarity with core marketing platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, SEO tools, and Google Analytics, plus the flexibility to operate comfortably at both strategic and tactical levels in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer
Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $300,000, with overall compensation determined by experience and scope of contribution.
