ABOUT THE ROLE: VP of Corporate Marketing

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a crucial member of the Marketing Leadership Team and a key contributor to both the Marketing organization and the company overall. This highly visible role will interact with Aviatrix leadership, including the broader Go-To-Market (GTM) and People organizations. This opportunity is ideal for a leader with a passion for creating a category-dominating brand. As a team, we are excited by attacking hard problems and want someone who excels at operational rigor while driving progressive improvements and has a strategic vision for business success.

In this role, you will:

· Lead brand, public relations, analyst relations, owned events, influencer marketing, executive communications, customer marketing, and creative.

· Challenge the organization with creative thinking, identifying bold new ways to elevate the Aviatrix brand and accelerate brand discovery.

· Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels. Build thought leadership and enhance brand recognition and preference for Aviatrix products and solutions.

· Help build a category with Aviatrix as a leader of that category.

· Partner with HR to drive effective internal communications.

· Work together with the CMO to build an outstanding culture and recruit and mentor a world-class marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have:

· A proven history of building and leading global corporate marketing teams in a hypergrowth environment.

· Experience in creating an industry-defining category and building the brand as a leader in that category.

· Extensive experience with global industry and company events.

· Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

· Deep understanding of SaaS industry dynamics.

· Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.

· The ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and collaborate with key business partners.

· A demonstrated passion for pushing the innovation envelope in marketing.

US Pay Range

The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $275,000 - $352,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. [Certain roles are eligible to earn sales commission, depending on the terms of the applicable plan.] The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
