The role

We are seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will report directly to the Global Creative Director. You will be responsible for defining our global merchandising strategy and designing displays that captivate our customers and drive sales. This is a senior-level position for a creative professional who thrives on building cohesive brand experiences through visual storytelling.

Core responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that effectively communicate our brand voice across all retail channels.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing, commercial, and creative departments to ensure all visual displays align with our broader brand aesthetic and business goals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of merchandising projects by managing external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure high-quality collateral is delivered on time and within budget.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this position, you should bring a strong background in design and retail strategy. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, ideally within the luxury retail or fashion sectors.
• Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and visual merchandising software such as SketchUp or equivalent tools.
• Fluency in English to facilitate global collaboration.

Compensation and benefits

We value the talent you bring to our team and offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a salary range of $77,000 - $102,000. Our benefits are available to you starting on your first day of employment and include:
