Are you a creative visionary with a constant stream of fresh ideas? We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Czechia. We operate with a startup mindset, blending the fast-paced worlds of marketing, e-commerce, and fintech. If you are passionate about digital campaigns and want your work to reach thousands of people, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content tailored for various social media platforms.
- Design compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns that capture audience attention.
- Create aesthetically pleasing and readable newsletters that drive engagement.
Requirements
- You have at least 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally within an agency setting, and can showcase a strong portfolio.
- You possess a deep understanding of modern marketing platforms and know how to balance visual appeal with functional readability.
- You are proficient in Figma and Adobe CC, specifically Photoshop.
- Your toolkit includes motion design skills and After Effects, which we consider a significant advantage.
- You are a proactive team player who takes ownership of projects and is comfortable providing constructive feedback to improve our collective output.
- You are fluent in English and ready to contribute to a collaborative, innovative environment.
