Visual Designer at Microblink

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Microblink, we specialize in AI-driven computer vision, building innovative tools that foster a secure and fraud-free digital identity landscape. With offices in New York and Zagreb, our global team impacts hundreds of millions of people annually, processing over 800 million identity documents across more than 70 countries. In this role, you will help evolve our brand identity by creating impactful visuals and collaborating with our product design team to ensure a cohesive experience across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine our visual language to support brand growth while creating engaging assets such as illustrations, animations, web designs, and presentations.
• Partner closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain high design standards and achieve project goals.
• Contribute to the maintenance of our design system and participate in internal critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in visual design within a product company or agency environment.
• A strong portfolio that highlights your skills in modern aesthetics, visual storytelling, illustration, and animation.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• A solid grasp of core design principles including typography, color theory, composition, and iconography.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Experience in the SaaS or identity industry is considered a plus.
