The opportunity

As our new Senior Videographer, you will be the creative heartbeat of our marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Germany where you will take ownership of our video production pipeline. You will work closely with our leadership, product management, and sales teams to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives. Your work will not only elevate our brand presence but also contribute to our internal knowledge platforms, ensuring that our team stays ahead of the curve in a fast-paced industry.

A day in the life

• You will lead the end-to-end production process, from brainstorming initial storyboards and concepts to executing high-quality shoots for everything from quick social clips to complex video projects.
• You will dive into the post-production suite to edit footage and integrate creative animations that bring our brand story to life.
• You will act as a brand ambassador on the move, traveling to external events to capture live content while keeping a sharp eye on market trends and competitor strategies to keep our output fresh.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a deep background in marketing or media, perhaps having built your career as a media designer, video editor, or content creator. You possess a keen eye for lighting and perspective, paired with the technical expertise to master industry-standard editing software. We are looking for someone who is as strategic as they are creative, capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit. Because we operate in an international environment, you are fluent in German and have a strong command of English.
