At Sprints & Sneakers, we are looking for a talented Videographer Editor to bring our unique story to life. As the first B Corp growth agency in the Netherlands, we combine high-impact marketing with a deep commitment to people and the planet, and we need someone who can capture our culture and mission through a compelling lens.

Responsibilities

Document our daily agency life, including team events, client milestones, and internal culture.
Produce and edit engaging, social-ready video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Develop new creative formats and visual styles that set industry trends.
Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize video performance and reach across digital channels.
Manage the full production cycle, from filming in our studio to final post-production edits.

Must-haves

Proven experience in video production and editing with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard software, specifically Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Deep understanding of social media video trends, including hooks, retention strategies, and conversion optimization.
Ability to manage studio setups, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
Fluency in both English and Dutch.
