What is this role?
We are seeking a Video Specialist to join our in-house creative team on a full-time, on-site basis in Campbell, California. This is a mid-level position perfect for a disciplined marketer who is passionate about storytelling through motion. You will report to the Senior Director of Brand and Corporate Marketing and play a vital role in communicating our mission to businesses and consumers through high-quality video content.
What will you do?
- Create a variety of on-brand video assets, ranging from short social media sizzle reels to product tutorials and customer success stories.
- Manage the full video production lifecycle, including planning, shooting original footage, and editing existing b-roll into polished final products.
- Collaborate with internal marketing partners in design, web, and communications to ensure all video content aligns with our broader brand strategy and marketing goals.

You are a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and a consultative approach to your work. You have a proven ability to translate project goals into effective visual stories. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in video shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Technical proficiency with industry-standard software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Avid Media Composer.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with tools like Asana or similar platforms to keep your projects organized and on track.
- A solid foundation in audio, on-screen graphics, and video encoding protocols.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to draft clear briefs and follow creative direction while offering your own improvements.

We believe in fair and equitable compensation. The targeted base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $108,337.50 USD. Please note that this range represents the base salary and does not include equity or other variable pay. Your final compensation will be determined by your specific experience, skill set, and certifications.
