The role

We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our marketing team as a full-time Reel Magician. This is a hands-on, remote position for a candidate residing in Utah who is ready to take ownership of our visual identity. You will report directly to our Chief Storyteller and play a vital role in shaping the direction of our content. If you have a passion for cinematography and a desire to experiment with new ideas, we want you to help us turn raw footage into compelling narratives.

Core responsibilities

• Produce and edit high-quality video content for social media, websites, and broadcasts that aligns with our unique brand voice.
• Collaborate closely with our team to develop creative concepts, manage production workflows, and execute visual storytelling strategies.
• Handle the full post-production process, including color correction, sound mixing, and the integration of graphic elements to ensure a polished final product.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of visual composition. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Expert proficiency in industry-standard editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• A proven track record in video editing, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, paired with a genuine passion for social media trends and storytelling.
• Experience in videography, directing, and working with talent is essential for this role.

Compensation and benefits
