What is this role?

We are searching for an experienced Vice President of Product to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position where you will work closely with our leadership team to define and execute our product strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, direction, and roadmap for our entire suite of products, ensuring that our technical innovations effectively reach the market.

What will you do?

• Own and drive our comprehensive product strategy, leading and scaling our product and design organization while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
• Act as a key partner to our CTO by defining our product roadmap and clearly articulating the vision behind our development efforts to both internal teams and the board.
• Oversee the design and development of node operator tooling, solidity-based smart contracts, and seamless onboarding experiences to ensure our products are ready for both retail and enterprise environments.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background, ideally supported by an engineering degree. You need a deep understanding of Solidity smart contract design and the broader Ethereum ecosystem, including validator tech stacks, client architecture, and Layer 2 solutions. We value candidates who have prior experience within the Ethereum space, particularly in staking. Because we operate as a global team, we prefer candidates located within the GMT-5 to GMT+3 time zones who are comfortable communicating effectively in English.
