The opportunity
We are looking for a Vice President of Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this executive role, you will lead our branding, product management, advertising, and promotional efforts. You will serve as a bridge between our innovative research and the market, working closely with cross-functional partners to execute comprehensive product marketing plans. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving demand generation, managing our product portfolio, and ensuring our value proposition resonates across every site of care.
A day in the life
- You will spearhead downstream marketing initiatives while mentoring and developing your team members to reach their full potential.
- You will collaborate with departments like Sales, R&D, and Regulatory to gain buy-in for cohesive marketing campaigns that support our broader strategic goals.
- You will partner with Sales Operations to analyze market trends, track key performance indicators, and create actionable insights that inform our future direction.
Who you are
You are a creative strategist with a deep background in the medical device industry, ideally with specific experience in wound care. You possess the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while maintaining a focus on long-term objectives. To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience managing marketing or product managers, along with a proven track record of overseeing the full product launch lifecycle.
- At least 5 years of experience within the medical device sector.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing, marketing automation tools, and MS Office.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a talent for building consensus across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a preference for experience using project management software like Wrike.
- Fluency in English.
