Following our recent acquisition of SMS Assist, we now maintain a national footprint that supports over 250,000 properties and manages millions of maintenance orders annually. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Vice President of Marketing to join our team and help us shape the future of our brand.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead our comprehensive brand strategy, including customer segmentation, innovation, and internal communications, while driving organizational change to support our growth.
- You will oversee our multi-channel marketing efforts, ranging from content creation and social media strategy to public relations and the execution of high-impact live events.
- You will partner closely with our sales leadership to enable commercial success, translating market insights into actionable strategies that improve our awareness among partners and clients.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep background in B2B marketing and a passion for solving complex industry problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with at least 7 years spent mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive experience collaborating with internal leadership and external agencies to meet strategic objectives.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate our value proposition through original content like white papers, case studies, and presentations.
- A track record of partnering with enterprise sales teams to build effective lead generation and market penetration programs.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
