About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Integrated Marketing to join us on a full-time basis. In this executive role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that unify our retail, digital, partnership, and experiential efforts. You will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and play a pivotal role in maintaining our status as a disruptive brand, ensuring that every customer experience is as memorable as our cookies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive, integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and strengthens our position as the premier late-night indulgence brand.
- Serve as a steward for our brand identity, ensuring that our messaging and visual presence resonate deeply with our customers across all touchpoints.
- Manage our marketing budget and external agency relationships while utilizing data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize return on investment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience and a passion for strategic growth.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing leadership, specifically within integrated marketing environments.
- A proven history of leading successful cross-channel strategies and managing significant budgets.
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use data to inform high-level decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Deep expertise in modern digital marketing platforms and technologies.
Location
This position is based at our headquarters in Philadelphia, United States, and requires an on-site presence four days per week.
