Our AI-powered platform changes this by aggregating users to unlock wholesale pricing, switching to the best rates automatically, and optimizing usage in real-time. We have already raised over $20 million from top-tier investors and have successfully saved more than $7.5 million for tens of thousands of customers. We are looking for a visionary leader to help us scale this impact even further.

The opportunity

We are seeking a Vice President of Engineering to report directly to our Founder and CEO. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of our leadership team, responsible for turning our product vision into high-quality, scalable software. You will guide our technical strategy and lead our ongoing transformation into an AI-first company, ensuring our engineering efforts remain at the cutting edge of the industry as we continue to grow.

A day in the life

• You will define and execute the technical vision for our engineering department, with a specific focus on integrating AI-driven innovation across our entire product stack and internal operations.
• You will manage and scale our engineering teams, fostering a culture of high performance and a product-minded approach to development.
• You will oversee the architecture and scalability of our platform, ensuring that our systems can handle increasing user demand and complex integrations with energy suppliers.

Who you are

You are an experienced executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You possess a deep understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and the development of scalable platforms. You are passionate about applying AI and machine learning to real-world marketplace models. You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams through periods of rapid scaling, and you are comfortable working with Agile methodologies. You communicate clearly and effectively, balancing long-term technical strategy with the immediate needs of the business. While not required, experience in regulated industries like fintech or health-tech, as well as previous work with marketplaces, will be highly valued. You are fluent in English and ready to lead from anywhere in our remote-first environment.
