The role

We are seeking a high-impact Vice President of Business Development to join our Technology Services Business Unit on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position designed for a seasoned professional who can spearhead growth within the High Tech domain. You will be responsible for positioning our diverse service offerings, including cloud adoption, software engineering, and data analytics, to a wide array of leading clients.

Core responsibilities

  • Achieve significant revenue quotas by selling advisory and consulting solutions to a defined list of current customers and curated prospects within the US G2000 base.
  • Qualify, develop, and close complex, multi-year strategic deals, aiming for $5 million in new business revenue and $15 million in total contract value.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to create and execute go-to-market strategies, including shaping marketing plans and service offerings to address the specific needs of our target clients.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in high-level sales and strategy. We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience closing strategic deals worth $3 million or more in annual software services revenue for a global systems integrator, digital agency, or eCommerce provider.
  • Over 5 years of specific experience selling to the C-suite at high-tech companies, with a deep understanding of the strategic challenges facing CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CMOs.
  • Expertise in navigating complex, multi-year engagements, including Build, Operate, Transfer models and outcome-based partnerships.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals and present confidently to executive audiences.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
