About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Venture Builder to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act much like a co-founder, helping to shape new business concepts and building products that resonate with users. This position is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to evolve into a longer-term commitment. You will be an essential advocate for our mission, working closely with founders to navigate the early stages of business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process to launch early MVPs, ensuring that the customer experience aligns perfectly with the overarching business vision.
- Maintain a human-centered approach to technology, carefully balancing the needs of your customers with the strategic requirements of the business.
- Support founders by ensuring every venture has a clear purpose, while actively communicating our core values and helping the team reach key studio milestones.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a resourceful problem solver who is comfortable wearing many hats, including design, product, and growth. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in utilizing lean methodologies to drive momentum and manage time effectively.
- Technical proficiency with no-code and low-code tools to build functional prototypes and validate concepts quickly.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset that allows you to test assumptions and pivot when necessary.
- Fluency in German is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to share progress and seek feedback across diverse teams.
Location
This role is based in Germany and operates in a hybrid work environment.
