Venture Builder at Founders Factory

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Senior Venture Builder to help turn ambitious concepts into successful, market-ready products.

What you bring

In this Full Time, Hybrid role based in Germany, you will act as a co-founder to help our ventures thrive. You will leverage your expertise in design, customer experience, lean methodologies, and no-code tools to drive real results. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end design process to launch MVPs that bring our business vision and customer experience to life.
• Maintaining a human-focused approach to business building by balancing user needs with core commercial requirements.
• Ensuring every venture has a clear purpose and vision while actively identifying new opportunities within the business landscape.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable wearing many hats, including design, product, and growth. You should have a technical mindset and the ability to build functional prototypes using no-code or low-code solutions to accelerate validation. It is essential that you are a solution-oriented problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and manage momentum using lean methodologies. You must be fluent in German, as this is a requirement for the role. We value individuals who are optimistic, approachable, and capable of balancing creative intuition with objective data to drive positive outcomes.
