Venture Builder (Technical Product Designer ) at Founders Factory

We are looking for a Senior Venture Builder to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will act much like a co-founder, helping us transform raw possibilities into tangible business outcomes. You will be an essential part of the companies we create, focusing on building concepts that resonate with users. We are looking for someone with a diverse skill set and a genuine passion for entrepreneurship and technology. As a member of our team, you will represent our core values and mission while providing dedicated support to the founders we work with.

Key outcomes

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from launching an initial MVP to fully realizing the customer experience and business vision.
• Apply a human-centric approach to building technology businesses by carefully balancing user needs with business requirements.
• Ensure every venture has a clear purpose and effectively communicates its core values.
• Guide founders through our internal studio stage gates to help them reach successful investment committee decisions.
• Maintain a focus on continuous learning, asking insightful questions, and actively seeking feedback.
• Identify new market opportunities by maintaining a deep interest in the current business landscape.

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving momentum through lean methodologies and efficient, high-speed workflows.
• The ability to wear multiple hats, including design, technology, product, and growth, while coordinating internal or freelance expertise as needed.
• Proficiency in creating no-code or low-code solutions to get products into the hands of users rapidly.
• A technical mindset with a desire to master new tools, software, and integrations to build functional prototypes and proofs of concept.
• A solution-oriented approach that allows you to navigate complex problem spaces with creativity and resourcefulness.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to share ideas and progress while remaining open to constructive feedback.
• The capacity to treat requirements as assumptions that need validation and the ability to deliver consistent value across various ventures.
• The ability to establish clear working relationships with founders and maintain open communication throughout the build phase.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time, hybrid position is 55,000 to 60,000 EUR, depending on your experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive equity compensation in the form of shares in our global business, which currently includes a growing portfolio of over 250 startups.
