The role

We are looking for a UX UI Developer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a mid-level position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of our software development from the very beginning. You will be a key player in our growth, working directly with our consultants and leadership to build impactful solutions.

Core responsibilities

• You will build our new software solutions from the ground up, moving directly into code rather than relying on prototypes.
• You will create interfaces that are intuitive, fast, and clean, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing while maintaining high performance.
• You will collaborate closely with our developers and management to implement user journeys, design systems, and responsive UI components.

Skills and experience

• You possess practical experience in both UX/UI design and the technical implementation of those designs through code.
• You have strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ideally, you have experience working with modern frameworks such as React and Tailwind.
• You have a natural talent for user experience, design aesthetics, and software performance.
• You are a pragmatic problem-solver with a hands-on approach and the ability to work in a structured, communicative team environment.
• You are fluent in English.
