The role

We are searching for a UX Researcher to join our team on a contractor basis. This is a mid-level position requiring approximately 24 months of relevant experience. You will work in a remote capacity, collaborating with our interdisciplinary teams of strategists, designers, and developers to provide the user-centered insights necessary for high-stakes product decisions.

Core responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end research processes, from defining the initial problem to analyzing findings and delivering actionable reports.
• Facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to align on project goals and synthesize research outcomes.
• Apply a variety of methodologies, including user testing, in-depth interviews, tree testing, and card sorting, to create artifacts like personas and user journey maps.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. We are looking for someone who understands the full digital product development lifecycle and can work independently to plan and execute research. You must be fluent in Polish and have professional proficiency in English. Additionally, you should have experience working with AI tools and techniques. Strong storytelling and communication skills are essential for influencing stakeholders and ensuring research findings drive our design decisions.
