We are looking for a curious and collaborative researcher to help us uncover the motivations and behaviors of the entrepreneurs we serve. Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires approximately 10 hours of work per week to start, with the potential for more as our business needs grow. You can work from anywhere in a fully remote capacity.
Your impact
- Take the lead on research initiatives for the Heard community, including managing surveys, user interviews, and prototype testing.
- Build a consistent research rhythm that blends qualitative and quantitative data to drive higher user satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Design teams to refine research goals, recruit participants, and turn findings into clear, actionable insights for our leadership.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of professional experience in user research, specifically with survey design and focus group facilitation.
- A foundational understanding of SQL and experience integrating research systems with AWS.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A genuine passion for supporting the mental health community.
