The role
We are hiring a Senior UX Designer to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this position you will lead discovery, strategy, and design work that turns user insights into practical digital solutions while collaborating closely with colleagues across disciplines.
Core responsibilities
- Lead user research to uncover real pain points for both end users and stakeholders, then translate those findings into clear opportunities.
- Develop user-centred strategies and concepts for applications, services, and digital communication that balance user needs with business goals.
- Guide solutions from concept through delivery, moderating workshops with users, customers, and experts to maintain quality and alignment at every stage.
Skills and experience
- A degree in media conception, information design, media informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of experience creating user-centred digital concepts and solutions, ideally within an agency or similar setting.
- Hands-on experience applying user-centred design methods during both research and solution development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, an analytical mindset, and genuine interest in understanding people and their needs.
- Fluency in English and a natural curiosity about emerging trends and innovations.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for internal events, workshops, or client meetings.
