About the Role
We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team as part of the Binance Accelerator Program. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity designed for students and recent graduates who want to immerse themselves in the blockchain industry. You will gain hands-on experience, build your professional network, and develop transferable skills while contributing to the world's leading crypto ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on approach to refining and improving the onboarding experience for our global user base.
- Manage design projects from start to finish, engage in regular design critiques, and collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Monitor the current state of our products, identify potential user experience issues, and conduct research to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design process, conceptual thinking, and ability to communicate design decisions.
- The ability to thrive in an environment with shifting requirements, tight deadlines, and ambiguity.
- A talent for translating complex ideas into clear, intuitive, and compelling visuals.
- Proficiency in Figma for visual design and prototyping.
- Fluency in English.
