About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will act as a UX expert, bridging the gap between user needs and business objectives. You will be responsible for crafting innovative design concepts and delivering high-quality digital solutions for our diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive user flows, detailed wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Document technical implications of your designs and communicate effectively with stakeholders to find the best possible solutions.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
- More than 3 years of professional experience working as a UX designer.
- A strong, customer-centric mindset with the confidence to advise clients on design strategies.
- Expertise in Figma and a solid understanding of current design trends and web technologies.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to taking ownership of your ideas.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is considered a plus.
Location
This position is based in Belgium, where you will work on projects for clients across Flanders and Brussels.
