About the Role
We are looking for a UX Content Design Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this leadership position, you will guide our content strategy and mentor a talented group of writers to ensure our product experience remains intuitive, clear, and impactful for our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX writers while fostering a collaborative environment focused on professional growth and high-quality output.
- Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our design principles to improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to develop user-centered content throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in UX writing, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, specifically focused on developing and leading writing teams.
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to craft clear, engaging, and concise UX copy.
- Deep knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and core UX principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.

This position is based in India.
