We are Triple Whale, a leading force in business intelligence for the e-commerce sector. Our software currently tracks over $30 billion in annual online commerce, supporting more than 11,000 customers across the globe. We operate with a culture centered on speed, creativity, and innovation, and we are now looking for a Senior User Experience Strategist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will work alongside five other designers to shape our product development and user onboarding strategies by turning deep research into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and synthesis phases of research to uncover meaningful insights about our users and products.
- Develop and manage a research roadmap that aligns with our business goals and fast-paced startup environment.
- Translate complex research findings into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations to advocate for user needs across the company.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in UX research or a closely related field, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- A proven ability to collaborate across disciplines, such as working with product managers and developers.
- Prior experience or knowledge within the e-commerce space is considered a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with conversational design is also highly valued.
