User Experience Designer at Kin + Carta

We are currently looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about human-centered design and eager to craft exceptional digital experiences for our Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize UX research insights to inform your design decisions and communicate complex concepts through clear visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product strategists, and quality assurance experts, to build, test, and refine digital products.
• Promote modern interaction design patterns and best practices while acting as a trusted advisor to clients regarding their digital experience strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we look for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of professional experience in the design field.
• A bachelor’s degree in art or design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma, Sketch, and Adobe products.
• A solid understanding of iterative product development methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or Scrum.
• A portfolio that demonstrates excellence in information architecture and visual design across responsive web and mobile platforms.
