Our mission is to create meaningful relationships at scale, and we are now looking for a senior marketing leader who can help us expand that community responsibly and efficiently.
The role
We are hiring a User Acquisition Manager / Performance Growth Marketer on a full-time basis at the senior level. The position is fully remote and requires working within US time zones. You will report directly to our CMO and take ownership of all acquisition and retention efforts that drive sustainable growth for The League.
Core responsibilities
- Lead acquisition across paid social, search, SEO, ASO, earned media, social media, and PR while shaping the overall marketing strategy and team direction.
- Own the full acquisition funnel and retention outcomes, continuously optimizing conversion, efficiency, and lifetime value through data-driven cohort analysis.
- Manage the monthly marketing budget, set and track CAC targets, report weekly performance metrics, and oversee external agency relationships to ensure strong ROI.
Skills and experience
You bring senior-level expertise in performance marketing and growth, with proven success in SEO, SEM, ASO, paid acquisition, social media, PR, and analytics. Strong command of English is required, along with the ability to translate complex data into clear acquisition and retention strategies. Experience defining brand voice, building measurement frameworks, and scaling both digital and local campaigns is essential.
