The role
We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager II to join our team on a full-time, contract basis. This is a mid-level position based in Canada that operates in a hybrid work environment. You will play a vital role in our marketing operations by driving the growth of our user base through performance marketing campaigns across various partner networks.
Core responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute user acquisition campaigns across diverse advertising channels to attract new players.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, focusing on key metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
- Collaborate with our design, product, data, and commercial teams to achieve unified company objectives and maintain strong relationships with advertising partners.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing or mobile user acquisition, ideally within the gaming sector.
- An undergraduate degree in marketing or finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and work closely with design teams to create high-performing advertisements.
- Hands-on experience with SDK networks, DSPs, Facebook, and Google, including platforms like ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony, TapJoy, and Fyber.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French, along with a strong motivation to master new technologies.
