What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Up-Market Account Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere. As a key member of our sales department, you will focus on B2B growth, pipeline building, and managing complex customer relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategically sourcing and building your own B2B pipeline by targeting technical leadership roles like CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
- Managing the entire deal cycle, which includes conducting technical product demonstrations, guiding POC processes, and presenting executive read-outs.
- Collaborating closely with our Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless pre-sales and post-sales motions that drive expansion and renewals.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong competitive drive and a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales quotas. We value candidates who are persistent, ambitious, and deeply committed to continuous learning. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting where collaboration is prioritized over ego. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and you must be authorized to work for any employer in the US. While not required, we consider it a major plus if you have at least five years of enterprise B2B sales experience at a startup, a history of closing deals worth $90k or more in ARR, and familiarity with the SPICED methodology.
