We are currently looking for a Senior UK Campaign Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a global digital gifting platform, we specialize in creating meaningful human connections through innovative gifting solutions for consumers, businesses, and over 1,000 brand partners worldwide. Key outcomes
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive repeat business and enhance customer retention within our B2B channel.
- Monitor critical performance metrics, such as customer churn and lifetime value, to identify at-risk segments and implement effective engagement programs.
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to create personalized email campaigns and content that resonate with our business clients.
- Localize and optimize global consumer campaigns to ensure they align with the specific needs of the UK market.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine messaging and maximize the return on investment for all retention efforts.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including content creation, journey mapping, and cross-device rendering.
- Act as a cross-functional partner by sharing customer insights with product teams to help drive future enhancements.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, or Segment.
- A strong background in leveraging customer segmentation and event-based data to deliver targeted communications.
- Proven ability to design comprehensive customer journeys that balance business objectives with user needs.
- Experience in briefing creative and content teams to produce high-quality, engaging campaign materials.
- A demonstrated track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working effectively within regional and global team structures.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in planning and executing customer appreciation events and engagement activities.
- A history of staying current with industry trends to continuously improve customer retention strategies.
