Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position, meaning you can collaborate with us from anywhere in the world. You will be a key player in our design strategy, helping us bridge the gap between complex user needs and elegant technical solutions.

Your impact

• Take the lead in defining our product design roadmap, setting ambitious goals, and establishing a clear vision for the Bynow experience.
• Collaborate directly with our product and engineering leads to champion design initiatives and provide critical input during the planning phases.
• Work side by side with developers and product managers to ensure that every pixel is implemented perfectly as we move into production.

What you'll need

To thrive in this role, you should have a deep background in UI/UX design, product design, and user research. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:

• A strong command of English to communicate your ideas and design rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• A proactive mindset that allows you to speak up, share feedback, and advocate for the user within our management and leadership circles.
• Experience in building design workflows, creating clean documentation, and turning research findings into actionable insights that move the needle.
