About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and designing intuitive interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product owners, developers, and project leads to ensure our platforms are highly usable and accessible, helping us deliver the best possible experience to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure that design solutions are both functional and technically feasible.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in design and a passion for creating user-centered experiences. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar UI/UX design role.
- A robust online portfolio that showcases your expertise in mobile and web design, including layout, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop.
- A deep understanding of design thinking methodology and the ability to solve complex user problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders and provide clear documentation for development teams.
- A working knowledge of HTML and CSS is considered a plus.
Location
This position is based in Pakistan and requires an on-site presence.
Compensation and Benefits
