The role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of complex product design challenges. You will work closely with our Head of Design and a talented group of peers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Core responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives, ensuring that every solution is tailored to the specific needs of the product and incorporates valuable client feedback.
• Engage in direct communication with our English-speaking clients to establish project priorities, present your work, and discuss design decisions.
• Utilize your expertise in design systems and product principles to create intuitive, scalable interfaces that help our partners succeed.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in product design and a collaborative mindset. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in web and mobile application design.
• Proven experience designing specifically for SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma, along with a deep understanding of design systems, typography, and composition.
• The ability to leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong communication skills, including a B2 level in English and fluent Ukrainian for internal team collaboration.
• A high level of emotional intelligence and a sense of humor.
• Familiarity with Webflow or design frameworks is considered a plus.
