UI/UX Designer at Koddi

This is an intensive, eight-week journey designed to immerse recent graduates in the world of user experience, blending technical mastery with leadership development to help you launch a meaningful career in the heart of our design and engineering teams.

The opportunity

This UI/UX Designer role is part of our dedicated cohort program, which is specifically tailored for recent graduates of Graphic Design, Web Design, or relevant bootcamp programs. You will work on-site at our Fort Worth office, where you will be embedded directly into our product ecosystem. Your purpose is to learn the ropes of our industry-leading commerce media technology while contributing fresh perspectives to our design process. By the end of this program, you will have gained a comprehensive understanding of our business, received executive mentorship, and developed the skills necessary to thrive as a full-time member of our team.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to bring our product roadmap to life, ensuring that every design choice aligns with our technical goals.
• You will spend your time crafting wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma, while iterating on your work based on feedback from stakeholders and real users.
• You will participate in design critiques and retrospectives, where you will present your design rationale and learn how to refine your work for maximum impact and usability.

Who you are

You are a recent graduate or a bootcamp student finishing your studies by May 2025, and you are ready to apply your passion for design in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You possess a strong foundation in the design process, from initial conceptualization to high-fidelity implementation. You are comfortable using Figma to create dynamic components, and you have a natural curiosity about how users interact with digital products. You value user research and usability testing as essential tools for solving problems, and you are eager to communicate your ideas clearly to a team. Most importantly, you are a lifelong learner who thrives when working on-site with others to build something great.
