UI/UX Designer at The N2 Company

We’re looking for a senior UI/UX designer who can turn complex ideas into clean, intuitive interfaces for the next generation of our community-magazine platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Development teams to turn user needs into clear, engaging designs.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups, with a strong focus on the Bootstrap framework.
• Run user research and usability tests, then refine designs based on feedback.
• Lead UI/UX improvements by proposing new workflows that boost usability across our web applications.
• Keep up with the latest trends in UI/UX and Bootstrap so our products stay current.

Must-haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven work as a UI/UX designer with a portfolio that highlights strong Bootstrap skills.
• Interest in refining existing interfaces for better usability and visual clarity.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
• Experience designing for mobile and optimizing web applications on smaller screens.
• Proficiency with Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or comparable design tools.
• Understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and responsive web principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with Product and Development teams.
• Fluency in English.
