Our Technology department is currently seeking a talented UI / UX Designer with proficiency in Bootstrap. This is a chance to collaborate across the company with our Development and Product teams and stakeholders to drive the next version of N2’s applications.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This opportunity is a full-time, remote position.

In a Typical Day, You’ll:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools and frameworks, with a strong emphasis on Bootstrap.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
• Independently drive UI / UX changes in our applications by creating proposed designs and workflows for more usability. 
• Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in UI / UX design and Bootstrap framework.

To Land This Gig, You’ll Need To Have: 

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and proficiency in Bootstrap.
• A desire to work with the existing UI and improve the usability and design interface.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and WCAG specifications.
• An understanding of mobile design and mobile optimization of web applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and responsive web design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, specifically Product and Development teams.
