What is this role?

We are hiring a Senior UI Designer / Developer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level position that requires a unique blend of artistic vision and technical expertise. You will be instrumental in shaping the look, feel, and performance of our software products.

What will you do?

• You will lead the design process for new features by defining information architecture, creating static mock-ups, and mapping out complex process flows.
• You will deliver high-quality design solutions during our monthly agile sprints, which includes building interactive prototypes and writing production-ready HTML and CSS.
• You will maintain our existing software by fixing bugs, improving general interface elements, and ensuring our applications work perfectly across all browsers.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in English and possess a strong background in both design and front-end development. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following skills and qualities:

• Expertise in writing accessible, standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and SASS.
• Proficiency with design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, and Illustrator.
• A deep understanding of responsive and mobile design principles.
• Experience with prototyping and the ability to write concise copy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to present your work, communicate effectively with clients, and collaborate closely with our internal development teams.
• While not strictly required, experience with Angular, React, JavaScript, Git, and mobile development for iOS or Android is highly desirable.
