What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Training Specialist to join us on a contractor basis. In this remote role, you will work within a small, cross-functional team to bridge the gap between our technology and the people who use it. You will be responsible for synthesizing customer needs, designing effective training programs, and ensuring our users feel empowered by our solutions. This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the specified states.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training materials and programming to ensure a smooth content management experience for our users.
• Facilitate training sessions and build strong, collaborative relationships with product teams and subject matter experts.
• Provide responsive customer support by addressing inquiries and using those insights to iterate on and improve our documentation and resources.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible language. You should have at least two years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in delivering technical training and working with CMS software. We value individuals who are solution-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining high quality. While we prioritize your accomplishments and problem-solving abilities over specific educational backgrounds, you must be proficient in English and possess a deep commitment to excellence. A background in usability testing and customer support is highly beneficial as you will be interacting directly with our users to gather feedback and refine our services.
