The role

We are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level professional to help us scale our educational efforts and ensure our customers receive the best possible support for our innovative dental technology.

Core responsibilities

• Training coordination: You will plan and organize training sessions for external dealers and end customers, managing both virtual and in-person events while ensuring all technical resources are ready.
• Content development: You will collaborate with product experts to create, update, and refine training materials, ensuring our educational content remains practical and effective.
• Quality assurance: You will implement evaluation mechanisms to measure the success of our training programs and continuously improve quality based on customer feedback.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A degree or vocational training in business administration, education, training management, or a related field.
• Initial experience in organizing complex training programs for external clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong organizational skills with a hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
