What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior TikTok Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. In this role, you will be the primary voice for our brand on TikTok, focusing on building our presence, engaging our community, and creating content that truly resonates with our audience.

What will you do?

Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality, engaging TikTok videos that align with our brand identity and creative vision.
Monitor emerging social trends, hashtags, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for relevant content that keeps our brand at the forefront of the conversation.
Analyze performance data and metrics to refine our social strategy, optimize our reach, and grow our follower base.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a culture sponge who lives and breathes social media. You have a deep understanding of the TikTok landscape and know how to turn a trend into a brand-right moment. You are comfortable shooting and editing content on your phone, and you have experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, data-driven, and capable of solving problems quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be comfortable working in a team setting where your input is valued and your creativity is encouraged.
