What is this role?

We are seeking a Technical Writer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position where you will support our government clients by bridging the gap between complex technical systems and the people who use them. You will work within a small, cross-functional team to ensure our documentation is clear, accessible, and effective.

What will you do?

• Create, edit, and maintain a variety of technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, API guides, and software development resources.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather information and ensure the accuracy of all published content.
• Provide responsive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and using feedback from those interactions to improve our existing documentation.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in technical writing and a strong grasp of how to explain complex concepts in simple, user-friendly terms. You are comfortable working with content management systems and have a proven ability to manage shifting priorities in an agile environment. We value your ability to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and during direct customer interactions.
