The role
We are hiring a Senior Technical Writer on a full-time basis. The position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere. You will work closely with engineering and project teams to turn intricate technical work into clear, engaging content that supports both internal knowledge sharing and external visibility.
Core responsibilities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that aligns with business and project goals.
- Take ownership of content projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Support engineers and project teams in documenting knowledge, processes, and solutions while identifying gaps and improving knowledge-sharing practices.
Skills and experience
You bring experience creating technical content in collaboration with software teams and domain experts. You have a solid understanding of software development processes and modern technologies, along with fluency in English at C1 level or higher. You are comfortable producing documentation, case studies, whitepapers, ebooks, and technical blog posts, and you can tailor your writing for engineers, business stakeholders, and external readers alike. A strong sense of ownership and curiosity helps you dive into complex topics and explain them clearly.
